Choose the right fitness goal for you and where you currently are in your fitness journey
It can be hard to decide on a fitness goal, there are so many! In this episode I aim to explain how not all fitness goals will necessarily go together and can be achieved simultaneously. That does not mean you cannot have these goals and work on them at different stages of your fitness journey, but an understanding of what happens in the pursuit of each goal will hopefully help you to understand which one to choose depending on that stage you are at.

-Fat loss
-Muscle Gain
